The hotel was indeed very clean. i found the breakfast selection satisfactory. i noticed the staff was very friendly. That surprised me! the location was ideal for my travel plans.

the room was a bit smaller than expected! i wished there was more space to move around comfortably.

the rooms included daily housekeeping. the rooms, though a bit smaller, were tidy, and everything was well kept. the linenware was in a good condition, and i noticed no stains.

the reception staff offered excellent excursion services at reasonable prices. i especially appreciated the genuine interest shown by one young lady regarding my travel needs. the staff at the diamond bar was also very friendly.
